Climate change is exacerbating extreme weather events like hurricanes, floods, fires, and extreme heat, which can take a serious toll on people’s emotional wellbeing, especially youth. Explore our practical, age-appropriate resources to help adults support children and youth through dangerous weather events. These tools offer guidance on how to prepare and talk about what’s happening, process emotions, and build a sense of safety and resilience.
